Using your CURT loaded ball mount is easy. First, make sure your vehicle's receiver tube size is 2 x 2. Insert the ball mount into the receiver tube and secure it with the provided 5/8 hitch pin and clip. Check that the trailer ball, which has a 2-5/16 diameter, is properly attached. When towing, always double - check the weight of your trailer. Never exceed the 7,500 lbs gross trailer weight or 750 lbs tongue weight. Make sure to level your trailer using the 2 drop feature for a smooth ride. For maintenance, regularly inspect the ball mount for any signs of rust, chipping, or damage.
