Using the PowerBar 1000 is easy. First, identify the large and small conductors in your complex wiring system. Connect them to the appropriate studs and screws on the busbar. The stepped bus design helps you organize the wires better. For smaller gauge wires, use the stainless - steel 8 - 32 screws with captive lock washers. When it comes to fuse blocks, since the busbar and fuse block elevations match common ones, you can directly attach multiple fuse blocks without extra cables. If you're short on space, don't worry. You can cut the busbar to a shorter length. You can also gang additional busbars using the bi - directional end caps. Just snap on the insulating cover to meet safety requirements.
