These white removable chafe guards are a great solution to prevent line chafing over a cleat, cap rail, where two lines cross, or at the anchor roller. They fit lines from 3/8' to 7/8' (10 mm to 23 mm), perfect for anchor lines or mooring pennants. With Velcro® brand hook fasteners inside, they grip the line securely without needing extra strings or ties. You can easily reposition them when dock lines stretch. Using these chafe guards is easy. First, make sure the line is clean and dry. Then, wrap the chafe guard around the line where chafing might occur. The Velcro® brand hook fasteners on the inside will hold it securely. If your dock lines stretch and you need to move the chafe protection, simply peel it off and re - position it. As for maintenance, you can wash them with mild soap and water. Let them dry completely before using them again. Remember, these guards are designed for lines between 3/8' and 7/8' (10 mm to 23 mm), so don't use them on lines outside this size range.
