Using your CURT hitch lock is a breeze. First, check the size of your receiver tube. If it's 1 - 1/4 inches, use the 1/2 - inch diameter pin directly. For a 2 - inch receiver tube, slide on the 5/8 - inch adapter sleeve. Insert the lock into the fastener hole in the side of the receiver tube and turn the key a 1/4 - turn to lock it. Remember to always keep your keys in a safe place. When not in use, put the watertight dust cap on to protect the lock from dirt and moisture.
