These Ancor heat shrink ring terminals are easy to use. First, make sure the wire you're using is 12 - 10 gauge. Slide the terminal onto the end of the wire. Then, use a heat source like a heat gun to heat the terminal. As you heat it, the adhesive inside the heat shrink tubing will melt and form a watertight seal. This also helps with vibration and strain relief. When using a heat gun, keep it moving around the terminal to heat it evenly. Don't overheat it as it might damage the terminal or the wire.
