This amazing relay has a continuous rating of 120 Amps and can handle 12/24V DC auto - ranging voltage input. It senses charging on two battery banks, allowing it to automatically share a single charge source with the auxiliary battery. It features side and bottom knockouts for easy cable connections, and a clip - on cover to insulate terminal connections. The 22 mm stud length can accept multiple cable terminals. An integrated LED shows the ACR status. It also has 1/4" x.032" male quick - connect terminals for ground and optional features. Note that the largest battery bank shouldn't exceed Group 27.

Using this Blue Sea Systems BatteryLink Automatic Charging Relay is easy. First, make sure your battery bank doesn't exceed Group 27. Connect the cables through the side or bottom knockouts according to the voltage (12V or 24V DC) of your system. The relay will automatically sense the charging on two battery banks and share the single charge source with the auxiliary battery. Check the integrated LED to know the ACR status. For maintenance, keep the relay clean and dry. Avoid over - tightening the terminals as the maximum torque is 140 in - lb (15.82 Nm). Also, when using, be aware of the amperage operating current, which is 175mA at 12V (Combine), 115mA at 24V (Combine), and 15mA (Open). And remember, the intermittent rating is 210A for only 5 minutes.
