The Blue Sea LED Remote for P12 Chargers (Model: 7520 - BSS) is a must - have accessory. It allows for a quick check to confirm charging. The display shows the charging stage, equalization mode, internal fan mode, and the output current of each battery. There's also an alert status for fast diagnosis. The user can adjust fan settings (Off, Low, or High), LED brightness, and silence the alarm. You can also adjust the output to lower AC current draw and put the charger in standby mode. In the box, you'll find the remote, four #6 x 1' pan - head sheet metal screws, a mounting gasket, a 25 ft (7.6 m) Cat5e cable, and dielectric grease.
Using this Blue Sea LED Remote is easy. First, connect the 25 ft Cat5e cable to the charger and the remote. You can then use the remote to check the charging status and adjust settings. For example, if you want to change the fan speed, just press the relevant button to select Off, Low, or High. To put the charger in standby mode, simply press the standby button. When it comes to the alert status, if an alarm goes off, check the status display on the remote for quick diagnosis. As for maintenance, keep the remote clean and dry. You can use a soft, dry cloth to wipe it. Also, make sure to store the included dielectric grease properly and use it when needed for proper connections.
