Blue Sea Systems m-Series Mini Keyed On-Off Battery Switch - Black
Model: 6005200-BSS
This switch offers excellent features. It has tin-plated copper studs for great conductivity and corrosion resistance. The 3/8' (M10) studs can accept ring terminals, and the 7/8' (22mm) stud length fits multiple cable terminals. Its one-piece terminal stud design won't loosen over time. The isolating cover with snap-on sections protects rear contacts. You can mount it on the surface, rear, or front panel. It's waterproof (rated IP66 against powerful water jets). One-piece stainless flange nuts ensure secure connections. Breakout tabs allow wire access from any direction. It's ignition protected, safe for gasoline-powered boats. It switches a single battery to a single load group.

Using this Blue Sea battery switch is easy. First, choose your preferred mounting option - you can mount it on the surface, rear, or front panel using the #10 screws. Connect the battery and load group to the appropriate terminals. Make sure to tighten the terminal studs to the recommended torque of 120 in-lb (13.56 Nm). When using, simply turn the key to switch the battery on or off. As it's ignition protected, it's safe for gasoline-powered boats. Just be careful not to expose it to extremely high temperatures. For maintenance, regularly check the connections to ensure they're tight and free from corrosion. If you notice any signs of wear or damage, it's best to replace the switch. Also, keep it dry as it's waterproof but too much water exposure over a long time might still cause issues.
