Product Description

Airmar B275-LHW Wide Beam CHIRP Bronze Through-Hull Transducer with Bare Wire. Model B275LHW. It's a depth and fast-response water-temperature sensor. One transducer offers 123 kHz of total bandwidth, covering popular fishing frequencies of 50 and 200 kHz and all other frequencies in the bandwidth. Airmar's new wide beam Chirp product line gives more coverage under the boat. With a high frequency range of 150 - 250 kHz and a constant 25° beam width, these transducers are broadband at their best. They improve the performance of Chirp-ready echosounders. Anglers using them can get twice the coverage under the boat compared to current high frequency Chirp transducers. The new high frequency transducers have a constant 25° beam width across the whole frequency band. They provide vast bottom coverage, precise fish detection in the upper water column that narrow beam transducers might miss, and create crisper and larger return images on the display. Specifications: Low Frequency CHIRPS from 42 kHz to 65 kHz with 25° to 16° beamwidth; High Frequency CHIRPS from 150 kHz to 250 kHz with 25° constant beamwidth. Suitable for boats 8 m (25’) and above, with fiberglass or wood hulls. Hull deadrise up to 20° with fairing block. Acoustic window is urethane. Connector is none - bare wire. In the box: B275LHW, fairing block and hardware.

Using the Airmar B275LHW transducer is easy. First, make sure your boat is 8 meters or longer and has a fiberglass or wood hull. If your hull deadrise is up to 20°, use the fairing block that comes in the box. Connect the bare wire to your compatible device following the wiring instructions. When it's working, you'll get great depth readings and water temperature information. You'll also be able to detect fish more precisely, especially in the upper water column. Remember to check the connections regularly to ensure a stable signal. Clean the acoustic window with a soft cloth and mild cleaner to keep it in good condition. Don't expose the transducer to extreme temperatures or harsh chemicals. If you have any problems, refer to the user manual or contact customer support.
