Using this Ancor battery cable is easy. First, make sure your battery is turned off. Then, connect one end of the 25 - foot cable to the battery terminal that matches the cable's polarity (positive to positive, negative to negative). When handling the cable, be aware of the warning about the chemicals it may expose you to. Avoid direct skin contact and always wash your hands after use. For maintenance, keep the cable away from sharp objects to prevent abrasion. Also, store it in a dry place. If it gets wet, dry it thoroughly before using it again. Regularly check the connections to make sure they are tight and free of corrosion. If you notice any signs of damage, replace the cable right away.
