Product Description

Collinite 920 Fiberglass Marine Cleaner - 16oz

Number 920 is the perfect pre - wax product. It quickly removes film, mild to moderate UV oxidation, chalkiness, discoloration, and tough stains from fiberglass. This easy - to - use compound restores the original color and gloss of fiberglass, making it easier to apply Collinite's final - step waxes. It also enhances wax bonding, spread, coverage, and durability.

Features:

  • Eliminates mild - moderate oxidation
  • Removes black streaks
  • Cleans tough stains that regular washes can't handle
  • Leaves a clean and smooth surface for subsequent waxing

Applications:

  • For hand, dual - action, and rotary use. Average spread/coverage: 250 - 500 sq. ft.
  • Application By Hand: Put a nickel - sized amount of the product on an applicator pad. Rub it well over a 2×2 ft section with firm pressure until just before it starts to dry. Then buff it off with a microfiber towel for a crisper, darker, and more reflective finish.
  • Application by Machine: Place 5 small pea - sized dots on the buffing pad. Don't over - saturate the pad; only a small amount is needed. Put the pad on the panel and turn on the buffer at 5800 opm. Make 2 - 3 passes with firm pressure on a 2×2 ft section. Lower the speed to 4800 opm and make 2 - 3 more passes with less pressure. Buff until just before the product dries; never dry buff. Wipe off the residue for a clean, glossy finish.
