The Furuno DRS12AX 'X-Class' 12Kw X-Band Radar with a 6' antenna and 15m cable is a game-changer. It offers 12kW power output, excellent target detection for both short and long ranges with a minimum detection range of just 20 m. The Fast Target Tracking™ feature adopted from commercial radar instantly shows target vectors, boosting situational awareness and vessel safety. It also has a Bird Mode. The new pedestal unit is 20% lighter than before and has a low-noise motor. There's no need for a PSU, cutting costs.
