The Chesapeake Black 2' Digital Hourmeter features a perimeter-lighted black dial with stylish blue and white graphics. It comes with a polished stainless steel bezel, a contoured white pointer, and a domed anti-scratch glass lens. The hourmeter works by applying battery voltage across the gauge's register motor to ground. The register increments when the key switch is on. You can route power through a normally open Oil Pressure switch to count 'engine running' hours. With a 2' hole size (53mm), it has a 12 VDC negative ground and can be adapted for 24 VDC systems.
