Discover the Blue Sea Systems 187-Series 25A surface-mount circuit breaker (Model: 7135-BSS). This amazing device combines switching and circuit protection in one. It features a clear single-lever operation. With its 'Trip Free' design, it won't stay 'ON' during a fault current. It's waterproof and has recessed mounting holes for a clean look. The large clearance around terminal studs can accept heavy gauge wire lugs, and the robust 5/16 M8 terminals provide high-torque connections. The large lever with vertical/horizontal orientation shows the trip status. It's ignition protected, safe for gasoline-powered boats, and meets SAE J1171 external ignition protection requirements. Note: Don't use it as a switch for high inrush currents.

Using this circuit breaker is easy. First, find a suitable surface to mount it. Make sure the surface is dry and clean. Use #10 (M5) screws to attach it through the recessed mounting holes. Connect the heavy gauge wire lugs to the terminal studs, and ensure a tight connection with the specified torque of 75 in-lb (8.47 Nm).
When operating, the large lever will show the trip status. If it trips, you can manually reset it. However, don't use it as a switch when high inrush currents are expected.
Keep it in an environment where the temperature is between -40° C and 85° C. Since it's waterproof, it can handle some moisture, but try to avoid long - term exposure to water. Periodically check the connections for tightness and look for any signs of wear on the case. If you notice any issues, replace the circuit breaker promptly.
