This 13 - inch (33 cm) arm comes with all the necessary hardware, enabling side or top mounting with offset angles up to ±20 degrees. It can be firmly attached to flat, curved, vertical, horizontal, or inclined surfaces. By using this mount, you'll gain more space aloft and improve the mounting position of wind finders and other equipment. Mount it on the back of the mast for convenient viewing from the cockpit. This mount can adapt to almost every masthead situation.

Using this Davis Universal Masthead Mount is quite easy. First, choose the right surface on your mast - it can be flat, curved, vertical, horizontal, or inclined. Then, use the provided hardware to attach the 13 - inch arm either on the side or on the top of the surface, adjusting the offset angle up to ±20 degrees as needed. You can mount it on the back of the mast for better visibility from the cockpit. If you find the boom is too long, you can shorten it following the included instructions.
