Using this Blue Sea Mini BusBar is easy. First, make sure your application has a voltage within the 300VAC or 48VDC limit and a current need that doesn't exceed the 100A continuous rating. Connect your wires to the 5 screw terminals and 2 terminal studs as required. When installing, be careful as the terminal types are #10 - 32 Stud and #8 - 32 Screw. For maintenance, keep the clear polycarbonate cover clean to easily check the inside. Also, make sure the base material, which is UL 94 - V0 Rated and glass - reinforced thermoplastics, is not damaged. Avoid exposing it to extreme conditions.
