This battery switch features tin-plated copper studs for top-notch conductivity and corrosion resistance. The 3/8' (M10) ring terminals fit the studs well, and the 7/8' (22mm) stud length can hold multiple cable terminals. Its one-piece terminal stud design stays tight over time. The isolating cover with snap-on sections protects rear contacts. It can be surface or rear panel mounted. It's waterproof (rated IP66 against powerful water jets). One-piece stainless flange nuts ensure safe connections. Breakout tabs let you access wires from any direction. The make before break contact design allows seamless switching between battery banks without power loss. It can switch two isolated battery banks at once or combine them for all loads.

Using this battery switch is easy. First, make sure the power is off before installation. Connect the battery cables to the appropriate studs following the cable size specifications. You can mount it on a surface or a rear panel using the mounting holes that accept #10 screws. When using it, you can switch between two isolated battery banks or combine them for all loads without losing power. Just move the switch to the desired position. For maintenance, check the connections regularly to ensure they are tight. Clean the switch with a dry cloth if it gets dirty. Avoid exposing it to excessive moisture, even though it's waterproof. If you need to adjust the terminal stud torque, follow the specified 120 in-lb (13.56 Nm). Keep in mind that this switch has a maximum voltage of 32vDC, so don't exceed this limit.
