This Blue Sea 8292 Contura switch in black is water-resistant and built to last. It's a single-pole, single-throw switch with an OFF - (ON) momentary action. It has no embedded LEDs. This switch can resist vibration, shock, thermoshock, moisture, and salt spray. It's specially made for mounting in Blue Sea Systems' water-resistant panels. It's ignition protected, making it safe for gasoline-powered boats and meets UL1500 and ISO8846 ignition protection requirements. It's rated at 20 Amperes for 12 Volts DC and 15 Amperes for 24 Volts DC. The LED has a 100,000-hour 1/2 life rating. It has internal and external gasket panel seals, a temperature rating from -40°C to 85°C, a 1.45' x 0.83' mounting hole, and an LED amperage of 18 Milliamperes.
