Using this Faria Chesapeake White 6-gauge boxed set is a breeze. First, make sure your inboard motor has a 12 VDC negative ground. Then, install the gauges according to the included instructions. For the speedometer, it uses GPS to measure speed from 0 to 60 MPH. The tachometer shows RPM from 0 to 6000. Keep an eye on the fuel level gauge which ranges from E to F, the voltmeter from 10 to 16 AMPS, water temperature from 100 to 250° F, and oil pressure from 0 to 80 PSI. When it comes to maintenance, clean the anti-scratch glass lens gently with a soft cloth. Avoid exposing the gauges to extreme temperatures or moisture. If you have any problems, don't return it to the place of purchase. Instead, contact the manufacturer directly.
