Product Description

The Faria Euro Black 2-inch ammeter gauge features a perimeter-lighted black dial with bold white graphics, a black aluminum bezel, a contoured white pointer, and a flat anti-scratch glass lens. It indicates the current flow through the battery charging system. A 'zero center' ammeter shows a positive (+) reading during charging, meaning current is flowing to the battery, and a negative (-) reading indicates current flowing away from the battery. With a 2-inch hole size (2.0625 inches or 53mm), it's suitable for various setups. It operates on 12 VDC negative ground and can be adapted for 24 VDC systems. The factory P/N is AP9523. Sold individually without a gauge cover. Voltage input range is 12/24 V. Gauge size is 2 inches, not in a box set. It's a voltmeter/ammeter of the Euro Black series. Box dimensions are 4'H x 4'W x 5'L and it weighs 0.25 lbs. UPC is 759266128224. This product may not be returned to the original point of purchase. Contact the manufacturer directly for issues.

Using this ammeter gauge is straightforward. First, make sure your system's voltage matches the gauge's input range of 12/24 V. Connect it properly according to the 12 VDC negative ground setup or adapt it for 24 VDC systems as needed. When the gauge shows a positive reading, it means the battery is charging. A negative reading indicates the battery is discharging. Remember, this gauge is sold individually and doesn't come with a cover. Don't try to return it to the place you bought it from; contact the manufacturer if you have any problems. To maintain it, keep the anti-scratch glass lens clean. Avoid exposing it to extreme conditions that could damage the dial or other components.
