The Chesapeake White 4' Tachometer with Hourmeter is a great choice for your gas outboard engine. It features a perimeter - lighted white dial with stylish blue and white graphics, a polished stainless - steel bezel, a contoured white pointer, and a domed glass lens. This electronic tachometer counts pulses from the ignition system, alternator, tach signal generator, or magnetic pickup sender. Just connect it to +12VDC, Ground, and one of the signal sources. Select the right tach and set the back switch correctly to tell it how many pulses per engine revolution. With a 4' size and a 3.375' (85mm) hole size, it has many excellent features. The anti - scratch glass lens and plastic cases offer corrosion resistance and long life. It runs on 12 VDC negative ground and can be adapted for 24 VDC systems.
