The Faria Euro Black 4-inch tachometer with Systemcheck is designed for Johnson and Evinrude gas outboards, offering a 7000 RPM range. It features a perimeter-lighted black dial with bold white graphics, a black aluminum bezel, a contoured white pointer, and a flat anti-scratch glass lens. The electronic tachometer counts pulses from the ignition system, alternator, tach signal generator, or magnetic pickup sender. Simply connect it to +12VDC, ground, and one of the signal sources. Set the switch on the back to the right position to tell the tachometer the number of pulses per engine revolution. It has a built-in warning light system on the dial that shows indicators for faults like no oil, engine overheat, check engine, and low oil. The 4-inch gauge has a hole size of 3.375 inches (85mm).
