Showcasing a polished stainless - steel bezel and a flat scratch - resistant glass lens. The perimeter - lighted spun aluminum dial features eye - catching gold and black graphics. The gold increments and logo on the dial are embossed, adding a touch of elegance. All instruments come with a two - piece Newport pointer with a white hub.

These electronic tachometers operate by counting pulses from the ignition system, alternator, tach signal generator, or magnetic pickup sender. Just hook it up to +12VDC, ground, and one of the listed signal sources.

Choose the right tach and set the switch on the back correctly to let the tachometer know the number of pulses per engine revolution.
