The FLIR JCU2 Joystick, model JCU - 2, is the main control for the M400 and M400XR. Wake the system or put it on standby, move the camera in pan and tilt, zoom the lens, control camera modes and features, and set system settings via OSD menus.

To use the FLIR JCU2 Joystick, first make sure it's connected with PoE. You can wake up the M400 or M400XR system by pressing the appropriate button on the joystick. To move the camera, simply tilt the joystick in the direction you want. Zoom in or out using the designated zoom control. For different camera modes and features, use the buttons to select. You can also access the system settings through the OSD menus. When not in use, put the system in standby mode. Keep the joystick clean and avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or moisture.
