Using this anemometer transmitter kit is easy. First, choose a suitable location for the anemometer. If you're using it with Vantage Pro2, make sure it's within 1,000 feet (300 meters) of the wireless console/receiver. For Envoy8X, just connect the sensors you want. If you need to cover a longer distance, add wireless repeaters. When installing, use the provided mounting hardware to secure the weather - resistant shelter and solar panel. Remember, this kit is not compatible with the original Vantage Pro. To maintain the kit, regularly check the solar panel for dirt or damage, and replace the battery when needed. Keep the transmitter shelter clean to ensure accurate sensor readings.
