Using this heat shrink tubing is easy. First, select the appropriate tube size for your wire, which should be within the 8 - 2/0 AWG range. Slide the tube onto the wire before making any connections. When you're ready, apply heat using a heat gun. The tube will start to shrink once it reaches 257°F / 125°C. Keep the heat source moving evenly around the tube to ensure uniform shrinkage. Once it's shrunk, you'll have a tight, sealed connection. As for maintenance, there's not much to do. Just make sure to store it in a cool, dry place within the operating temperature range of -40°C to 110°C. Remember, this product contains chemicals that may be harmful, so avoid direct contact and always follow the safety warnings. If you have any more questions, you can check the P65Warnings.ca.gov website for detailed information.
